Ramon A. Molinar was born October 27, 1971, in El Paso, Texas.  He graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1995.  Mr. Molinar attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was the Winner of the State Mock Trial Competition – Fall 1998, State-wide Invitational Mock Trial – Fall 1998, Winner, Novice Mock Trial Competition, Best Speaker – Fall 1997, Quarter-finalist, First Year Moot Court – Spring 1998, a finalist in the Texas State mock trial competition and a member of the law school student council.  After law school, Mr. Molinar joined The Law Offices of Andy A. Tschoepe II, P.C. in San Antonio, Texas, specializing primarily in family law, commercial litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, and contract work for several years before joining the firm.  Mr. Molinar now specializes in general civil litigation in the areas of family law, real estate law, construction law, corporate and general dispute resolution, contract disputes, drafting, probate and guardianship matters.
